There's a large chance you might break some of the downpipe studs/nuts while undoing them if you haven't ever before. Be very careful, because if you break the studs off the turbos, you'll be in a mess of trouble. It's not even worth asking what kind of trouble; just douse them in WD40 and let them sit awhile, then do it again before even considering backing those nuts out. As far as the O2 sensors go, those never hurt to replace if you can afford them. You'll get better gas mileage if they're the original ones, and it might actually run better as well. Plus, you won't have to mess with uninstalling the originals from the stock downpipes.
